In English: When you register on TinyTalks, you allow us to send WhatsApp messages, SMS, and make calls to your mobile number for learning updates and marketing. You can stop this at any time.

4 Children's Data & Parental Consent
👧 Special Protection for Children Under 18
- TinyTalks is designed for children aged 5–15 years. All student accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or school administrator — never directly by the child.
- We do not collect children's mobile numbers. All communication goes to the parent's or school's mobile number only.
- Voice recordings submitted by children for homework are accessible only to their assigned teacher and school admin — not shared publicly or with third parties.
- Parents can request deletion of all their child's data at any time by contacting us.
- We comply fully with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) regarding children's data.
5 How We Store & Protect Your Data
- All data is stored on secure, encrypted servers hosted within India (AWS / Firebase — India region).
- Mobile numbers are stored in encrypted format and never displayed in plain text in our admin panels.
- We use HTTPS/SSL encryption for all data transfers between your device and our servers.
- Access to user data is restricted to authorised TinyTalks team members only, on a need-to-know basis.
- We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is permanently removed within 30 days.
- Voice submissions are stored for a maximum of 90 days from submission date and then auto-deleted.
6 Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your data in these limited situations:

🚫 We Will NEVER Do This
- Sell your mobile number or data to any third-party company or advertiser.
- Share your child's voice recordings with any party other than their teacher/school.
- Use your data for any purpose not listed in this policy without your explicit consent.
7 How to Opt Out of Communications
You can stop receiving marketing communications at any time using any of these methods:
✅ Note on Transactional Messages
Even after opting out of marketing messages, you will continue to receive essential transactional messages such as OTP for login, demo class confirmation, homework submission confirmation, and payment receipts. These cannot be turned off as they are required for the service to function.
8 Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: Request a copy of all personal data TinyTalks holds about you.
- Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data. We will process this within 30 days.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
- Right to Grievance: Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (details below) or with the Data Protection Board of India.
- Right to Nominate: Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.
